Endurance swimming in the Gablenz and Bernsdorf outdoor pools

The swimming department of the sports office has organised a new swimming offer for particularly sporty swimmers during the summer school holidays: Endurance swimming in lanes will be offered in the Gablenz and Bernsdorf open-air pools from 21 July to 29 August as follows:

- at the Gablenz outdoor pool: Mondays and Wednesdays, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon,

- in the Bernsdorf outdoor pool: Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6 to 7.45 pm.

Small pool festivals in Gablenz and Wittgensdorf

The sports office has organised two small pool festivals, both during regular opening hours: The first is on the weekend of Saturday, 26 July and Sunday, 27 July at the Gablenz outdoor pool - the focus of the event is once again a jumping and sliding competition for all bathers - particularly popular with children and young people.

On Saturday, 2 August, a swimming festival with various "wet" competitions will be held at the Wittgensdorf outdoor pool from 11 am.
