Easter in the Petrified Forest
Event on 18 April, 2 p.m., at the Museum of Natural History
The Museum of Natural History is offering a special family event on Thursday, 18 April, from 2 to 5 pm. Young researchers and explorers can get active at four stations. They can try their hand at geological taxidermy, discover the world in miniature under a microscope, colour figures out of plaster, apply a glitter tattoo in various colours and shapes and take a balloon home with them.
But what would Easter be without Easter eggs? Young visitors can look forward to an unusual treasure hunt in the exhibition. Every egg found leads to an exciting gift.
The event is subsidised by the European Social Fund (ESF). Participation is free of charge. Registration is not required.
