Easter at the zoo and wildlife park

Easter holidays at the zoo - Tiger Wolodja can now be seen in the outdoor enclosure - Invitation to spring cleaning on 7 April

Chemnitz Zoo and the Oberrabenstein Wildlife Park are also a worthwhile destination for all young and old excursionists at Easter.

The game park organises the traditional Easter egg hunt on Easter Sunday at 10 a.m. (as always on this day, the game park also opens its gates at 10 a.m.).

Easter holidays at the zoo

From Good Friday until 8 April, there will once again be a daily short guided tour at 11 a.m. with different groups of animals, starting on 30 March in the farm/petting zoo (Easter Saturday: parrots, Easter Sunday: giant salamanders, Easter Monday: spider monkeys). For more information, visit: www.tierpark-chemnitz.de

A sweet surprise awaits children at the ticket office (while stocks last). The zoo is open from Friday until 7 pm, last admission 6 pm.

However, all the other animals are also worth a visit - e.g. the young pygmy marmosets, the numerous herd of young goats, the tropical house, the zebra community and much more.
