Dunning fees will be increased
New list of costs in force since the beginning of the month
The fees for reminders and enforcement have increased. The Saxon State Ministry of Finance revised the corresponding list of costs on 30 September. This sets out the amount of administrative fees and expenses. It came into force on 1 October.
The fee for reminders was raised from 5 to 35 euros to 8 to 40 euros. Another new feature is that a fee of 8 to 40 euros is also payable for the enforcement notice.
The increased reminder fees are already valid for the next reminder run on 7 and 8 October.
