Dresdner Platz bridge: canal to be connected

The finishing work on the replacement of the bridge at Dresdner Platz is entering its final phase. Between 13 January 2014 and 26 January 2014, the waste water sewer on Dresdner Straße will be renewed and relined.
This will result in traffic restrictions in the area of Dresdner Straße between Dresdner Platz and Glockenstraße. Traffic travelling towards the city will be diverted past the construction work in one lane. A one-way diversion will be set up via Sonnenstraße/Hainstraße/Fürstenstraße for traffic travelling towards the countryside.
Pedestrians will be guided through the roadworks area and can use the traffic lights at Dresdner Platz to cross the road.
Residents and car park users in Sonnenstraße and Hainstraße should note that their vehicles will be parked in the direction of the one-way streets from Monday 13 January 2014.
