Autumn is also the time to get vaccinated against the flu (influenza) that occurs every year in the winter months. The City of Chemnitz Health Department has announced that vaccination against seasonal influenza will start on Monday, 17 October 2016.
Representatives of the media are already invited to a photo session with a first flu vaccination tomorrow, Thursday 13 October, with public health officer Dr Harald Uerlings:

In addition to the general practitioners and company doctors, the city's health department offers vaccinations at the following times at Am Rathaus 8, room 240:
Monday: 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 am to 12 pm
Thursday: 2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
