Digital provision - What happens to my data?

Online seminar on Thursday, 3 March from 6 to 7.30 pm

On Thursday, 3 March, 6 to 7.30 pm, Chemnitz City Library and the Saxony Consumer Advice Centre are hosting an online seminar on the topic of data security. Participation is free of charge.

Whether e-mail inbox or internet shops: Anyone travelling digitally leaves behind traces, even after death. Who has access to online accounts after death? What happens to the content of social networks? Who can access or delete my emails and online accounts? This online seminar will answer questions about how everyone can make their own digital provisions and what options are available after death or if the person concerned is unable to act.

Please register in advance. This is possible here.

This is an event organised by Verbraucherzentrale Sachsen e.V. in cooperation with Chemnitz City Library/Project BibLab-C - the Chemnitz Library Laboratory.
