Development begins for residential area on Pleißenbach
The development of the Am Pleißenbach residential area will begin next week. Since the demolition of the Erzberger Straße bridge, a temporary footpath has run across this private property. This will have to be closed from 29.04.13 until probably September. It is not possible to relocate it on the site during the construction work, as this would pose too great a danger to pedestrians.
As already announced at the last residents' meeting, the City of Chemnitz has created an alternative for the aforementioned period. Pedestrians can access the temporary pavement via the entrance opposite Limbacher Straße 119 a (at the Kochstraße junction).
