Demolition work at Adelsberg primary school
Demolition work on the existing residential building and ancillary facilities will begin next week on the neighbouring plot to the south of Adelsberg primary school. This will create the conditions for a planned extension to the primary school on the site acquired by the City of Chemnitz.
The funds for the extension were already allocated at the last budget meeting of the city council. In the course of the work, Adelsbergstraße will be closed on one side and traffic lights will be installed.
The demolition work should be completed by 12 May 2021.
