Dementia counselling of the DementiaNet_C in new rooms
Following the relocation of the Social Welfare Office in January 2018, the DementiaNet_C(hemnitz) counselling sessions at the City of Chemnitz Social Welfare Office will now take place at the
Moritzhof Citizens' Administration Centre, Bahnhofstr. 53, 09111 Chemnitz, on the 1st floor
as usual on Thursdays from 2 to 6 pm.
(Please ask at reception for the exact room number).
Since April 2017, the DementiaNet_C at the City of Chemnitz Social Welfare Office has been offering competent, neutral and free weekly counselling sessions in multi-professional small teams. The aim is to provide support from a single source for those affected and their relatives in order to ensure good care and relieve the burden on carers.
