"Delimitation and delegation of carer tasks"
6th Carers' Day in Chemnitz - registration still possible until 28 October
This year, great attention will be paid to the delimitation and delegation of carers' tasks. In practice, it is often unclear which tasks the carer can delegate to third parties, such as assistants in the carer's office, relatives of the person being cared for, social workers/employees of outpatient care services, outpatient assisted living, inpatient care facilities and clinics, and this often leads to differences.
Uwe Fillsack, managing director of a care office in Münster, speaks on this topic. As a qualified social worker, Uwe Fillsack trains professional carers throughout Germany. He was able to acquire his wealth of experience during his many years as a professional carer, guardian ad litem and management consultant. He passes on this diverse experience as a lecturer in practice-orientated training courses.
Ina Platzer, Head of the Department for Assistance for the Elderly and Disabled, Local Care Authority, presents the "Early Warning System" project. This is a measure to take preventative action and ultimately avoid care. She will also provide further information from the social welfare office.
There is a charge of 20 euros for the event, which must be paid before the event begins.
Registration for participation can be made until 28 October 2015 by email, fax or telephone to Evelin Rümmler, Head of the Local Care Authority.
Questions can also be sent to Uwe Fillsack or Ina Platzer in advance of the event.
