From Wednesday, 5 November, the Chemnitz Adult Education Centre and the Evangelical Forum Chemnitz are jointly inviting people to a multi-part series of events on mourning, parting and transience. Until 21 November, various aspects will be addressed in a total of five courses and lectures entitled "Death is part of life" at TIETZ, Moritzstraße 20. Registration is possible via the link to the event or by telephone on 0371 488 4343.
The topics covered include dementia-friendly funerals, the necessary organisational steps to take in the event of bereavement, new forms of burial and sensitive support for mourners. The series concludes with a poetic-musical approach to the topic. All formats invite people to talk about the end of life in a friendly atmosphere, to share personal experiences and to discover ways of dealing with loss in life.
