DA CAPO - Music for seniors
Music café at Kraftwerk e.V. on 3 September, 3 p.m.
On Thursday, 3 September at 3 pm, senior citizens are once again invited to a DA CAPO music café - music for senior citizens in the main hall of Kraftwerk e.V.. This time the guest is Claudia Müller-Kretschmer. The entrance fee is six euros, including coffee and cake. Barrier-free access is available at the signposted side entrance. To avoid crowds in the entrance area, visitors are asked to buy their tickets in advance. This will be possible at the Kraftwerk e.V. office. Binding reservations will also be accepted on 0371/3839030.
Claudia Müller-Kretschmer will provide the musical entertainment. She was born in Chemnitz and grew up in a musical family. She was already performing on stage as a child and completed her classical vocal training at the University of Music and Theatre in Leipzig, graduating with a diploma. During her studies, she performed in several musical productions, including Grace in the German premiere of FAME, Maria in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, Garbo in FALCO MEETS AMADEUS and Victoria in VICTOR/VICTORIA at the Chemnitz Opera. She has appeared in several musical productions at German municipal theatres, e.g. in Gera-Altenburg as Fantine & Eponine in LES MISERABLES or as Miss Sherman in FAME, in Chemnitz and in Darmstadt and Wiesbaden as Chava in ANATEVKA, in Chemnitz as Nehebka in the successful production of AIDA and in the Stadthalle as Nancy in OLIVER! She sang the role of Jeannie in the world premiere of the touring production of FALCO -DAS MUSICAL with guest performances in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
In joint productions by Studio W.M. and the C³ event centres in Chemnitz, Claudia Müller-Kretschmer once again appeared as Miss Sherman in FAME, as Ottilie in IM WEISSEN RÖßL and in several in-house productions and galas. Since 2018, she has appeared regularly with Sylvia Schramm-Heilfort and Jeffrey Goldberg in "NACHTCAFE`" at Chemnitz Opera House.
