DA CAPO - Music for seniors
Music café at Kraftwerk e.V. on 9 January, 3 p.m.
On Thursday, 9 January at 3 pm, senior citizens are once again invited to the DA CAPO music café - music for senior citizens in the main hall of the Kraftwerk e.V.. The entrance fee is six euros, including coffee and cake. Barrier-free access is available at the signposted side entrance.
Claudia Müller-Kretschmer will provide the musical entertainment. She was born in Chemnitz and grew up in a musical family. She was already performing on stage as a child and completed her classical vocal training at the University of Music in Leipzig, graduating with a diploma. During her studies, she performed in several musical productions, including Grace in FAME, Maria in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, Garbo in FALCO MEETS AMADEUS and Victoria in VICTOR/VICTORIA at the Chemnitz Opera. She has appeared in several musical productions at German municipal theatres, for example in Gera-Altenburg as Fantine & Eponine in LES MISERABLES or as Miss Sherman in FAME, in Chemnitz and in Darmstadt and Wiesbaden as Chava in ANATEVKA. In Chemnitz, she appeared as Nehebka and Cover Amneris in the successful production of AIDA and as Nancy in OLIVER! at the Stadthalle Chemnitz. She sang the role of Jeannie in the touring production of the world premiere of "FALCO -DAS MUSICAL" with guest performances in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In joint productions between Studio W.M. and the C³ event centres in Chemnitz, Claudia Müller-Kretschmer once again appeared as Miss Sherman in FAME, as Ottilie in IM WEISSEN RÖßL, as Miss Hannigan in ANNIE and in several in-house productions and galas. Since 2018, she has regularly appeared with Sylvia Schramm-Heilfort and Jeffrey Goldberg in the "NACHTCAFE" at Chemnitz Opera House.
