DA CAPO - Music for seniors
Music café at Kraftwerk e.V. on 6 October 2016
DA CAPO - Music for Seniors" invites you to another edition of the music café in the large hall of Kraftwerk e.V. at Kaßbergstraße 36 on Thursday, 6 October at 3 pm.
The guest is Raimund Kunze, orchestra director of the Robert Schumann Philharmonic Orchestra Chemnitz. He is no stranger to the visitors, as he already played a few pieces of music on the piano four-handed together with Felix Bender at the music café on 7 April 2016.
He studied instrumental piano at the Folkwang University of the Arts and theatre and orchestra management at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts. He then worked in the artistic operations office of the Hanover State Opera before joining the orchestra tour and PR departments of Konzertdirektion Schmid. He also worked as an artist manager for various artists at Künstlersekretariat Astrid Schoerke. He has been Orchestra Director of the Robert Schumann Philharmonie Chemnitz since 1 May 2015.
In an exciting and insightful chat between Nancy Gibson and Raimund Kunze, there will be plenty of interesting things to learn about an orchestra director. The conversation will only be interrupted to listen to wonderful melodies.
Music lovers will enjoy a relaxing afternoon with coffee and cake. The entrance fee is five euros including coffee and cake.
Wheelchair users please use the signposted side entrance.
