Museum night in over 25 museums and institutions in Chemnitz and the cultural region
Unfortunately, the Chemnitz Museum Night could not take place in the past two years due to the pandemic. But this year there will finally be a Museum Night again, when the museums of the city and the cultural region will open their doors and inspire visitors with special programmes. This year, for the first time, institutions from the cultural region in Central Saxony will enrich the programme of the Museum Night.
With reference to the motto of the European Capital of Culture 2025, the theme of this year's Museum Night 2022 will be "The Unseen".

Admission Museum Night ticket: 10 euros, reduced 5 euros
Tickets are also valid as travel tickets on city transport and on certain regional transport lines.
Admission is free for children and young people up to the age of 18.
Regulations on discounts and transport conditions as well as detailed information on the accessibility of the individual participating museums and institutions can be found in the Museum Night programme booklet and online.
Advance ticket sales: expected from 25 April at the CVAG Mobility Centre, at the Tourist Information Office (City Hall, Markt 1, 09111 Chemnitz) as well as at the museums and institutions during opening hours and in the foyer of the TIETZ.
