Cultural events in May

Museum night in Chemnitz and the 2023 cultural region
in Chemnitz and Oelsnitz in the Ore Mountains
The motto of this year's Museum Night is "Change of Perspective". In addition to the well-known locations in Chemnitz, two museums in Oelsnitz in the Ore Mountains are also taking part. A special programme will be offered for children, young people and families, with some locations opening earlier on the day and others closing earlier.
Tickets cost 10 euros, concessions 5 euros. Children and young people up to the age of 18 are admitted free of charge. They are available both in advance and at the box office.
As in previous years, the ticket allows admission to all participating institutions and is also a ticket for public transport.
