Corinna Meinel is the new director of Chemnitz City Library

Corinna Meinel took over the management of Chemnitz City Library on 1 September.
For the past four years, she has worked in the management team at Passau University Library. Originally from the local region, the 38-year-old is delighted to have found her new place of work in Chemnitz.
Under Corinna Meinel's management, the city library will continue to be a place where everyone in Chemnitz can find information, enjoy culture and enjoy spending time.
Corinna Meinel wants to continue the development of the facility into an open meeting place and implement new ideas and design concepts for a sustainable and well-attended public library together with her team.
