Continuation of construction work for barrier-free market and Neumarkt
On Monday, 12 September 2016, paving work will begin on another section of the market square.
The construction company Asphaltbau Chemnitz GmbH, which was commissioned in August, has completed the initial preparatory work. In preparation, around 120 square metres of paving were cut and flamed by the building yard.
The actual paving work will begin on Monday. Around 560 square metres of paving will be replaced by 10 November 2016.
The construction costs amount to approx. 127,000 euros.
