Conference togetherness continues
Future workshop for a democratic Chemnitz takes place on 25 January
On Thursday, 25 January, 3 to 6.30 p.m. at Pentagon 3, Brückenstraße 17, the next conference for a democratic Chemnitz will take place. This is a continuation of the premiere from last September, which was requested by many participants under the motto "Wir.Gestalten.Miteinander 2.0".
Registration is possible here until 24 January.
This future workshop will continue to work on the material that has already been collected. The focus will be on wishes and goals for what a democratic, diverse and peaceful Chemnitz of the future could look like. The goals developed will be incorporated into the new municipal action plan for the promotion of democracy. In the form of a concentrated collection of objectives, they will form the basis for the next funding periods of the local funding guideline.
There will also be sufficient time and opportunity to discuss current social challenges at the conference. The future workshop will once again be accompanied by a professional team.
The conference, which is organised by the office of the Chemnitz Municipal Prevention Council, is supported by the BMFSFJ "Bundesprogramm Demokratie leben!", the Free State of Saxony, the State Ministry of the Interior, the State Prevention Council of Saxony, the State Ministry for Social Affairs and Social Cohesion, the "Weltoffenes Sachsen" funding programme and is co-financed with tax revenue on the basis of the budget adopted by the Saxon State Parliament.
