Completion of sewer and road construction work
Full closure of Pflockenstraße in the Mittelbach district will be lifted from Saturday, 28 July
The sewer and road construction work on Pflockenstraße in the Mittelbach district of Chemnitz in the area between house numbers 1a and 11 will be completed on schedule tomorrow, Friday (27 July). This means that the necessary full road closure can be lifted from Saturday 28 July and the road can be reopened to traffic in the direction of Leukersdorf/Ursprung.
About the construction work: In the aforementioned section of Pflockenstraße, wastewater and rainwater sewers were laid as part of the implementation of the wastewater disposal concept of the City of Chemnitz waste disposal company. This was followed by the renewal of the carriageway surface course.
The total cost of the construction project was approximately €130,000.
EBG Bau GmbH Ehrenfriedersdorf was commissioned with the realisation of the construction project.
