On Thursday 10 September at 5.00 pm (doors open at 4.00 pm), the community and social organisations of the city of Chemnitz are invited to a discussion with Lord Mayor Sven Schulze and other representatives of the city of Chemnitz. Representatives from these organisations will have the opportunity to present their achievements, raise concerns and suggest improvements, and explore ways to provide support through an open discussion.
The event will take place at the Luxor Chemnitz, Mittlerer Saal, Hartmannstraße 11.

The association meetings are intended not only to facilitate dialogue between the associations and the City of Chemnitz, but also to strengthen community spirit and cohesion within the city’s association landscape. Following the open discussion session, the associations will also have the opportunity to exchange ideas and network with one another.
Further association discussions will also take place at the Luxor Chemnitz on the following dates:
- 17 September, 5.00 pm: allotment garden associations (registration by 15 September)
- 24 September, 5.00 pm: cultural, musical and artistic clubs (registration by 22 September)
- 30 September, 5.00 pm: sports clubs (registration by 28 September)
