In September, Mayor Sven Schulze is once again inviting all representatives of Chemnitz’s clubs and associations to a get-together at the Luxor Conference and Event Centre (Middle Hall), Hartmannstraße 11.

The discussions will take place on the following days, from 5 pm to 7 pm (doors open at 4 pm):

The event will begin with an open discussion in the form of a ‘fishbowl’ discussion. This will give guests the opportunity to actively participate in a dialogue with city representatives and the Lord Mayor, to ask questions, to raise concerns and make suggestions, or to present their successes. This will be followed by an opportunity for discussion in smaller groups.
The club discussions are not only intended to foster dialogue between the clubs and the City of Chemnitz, but also to strengthen the sense of community and cohesion within Chemnitz’s club scene. At these events, the clubs also have the chance to exchange ideas and network with one another.
