Clubhouse of the SG Kleinolbersdorf-Altenhain is inaugurated

Invitation: on 26 April, 2.30 pm, Altenhainer Dorfstraße 11k

On Saturday, 26 April at 2.30 pm, Mayor Sven Schulze will inaugurate the new functional building of SG Kleinolbersdorf-Altenhain together with the local mayor of Kleinolbersdorf-Altenhain, Prof. Marco Gerlach, the chairman of the board of SG Altenhain, Andreas Pleschke, and other guests.

The event at Altenhainer Dorfstraße 11k is open to the public and representatives of the media are also invited.

The new clubhouse is a container consisting of eight parts with a total of four changing rooms. Each cabin has its own sanitary facilities. There is also an office and utility room. A photovoltaic system on the roof provides the power supply.

The total costs for the construction totalled around 469,000 euros, with the city of Chemnitz, which owns the site, contributing around 438,000 euros from sports subsidies. The club, whose members did a lot of the work themselves, acted as the client.

Kleinolbersdorf-Altenhain has had a new sports ground since 2005. Previously, the changing rooms and sanitary facilities were located in the basement of the pub. The multi-sports club has 230 members, including 96 children and young people.
