Closed for today due to storm: zoo and wildlife enclosure
Due to strong gusts of wind, the zoo and the game enclosure will be closed to visitors with immediate effect. Safe use of the paths is no longer guaranteed in these weather conditions.
The German Weather Service confirmed its warning of heavy squalls at midday today. Gusts of up to 100 km/h are expected in the second half of the day. Particular attention should be paid to falling branches, roof tiles and objects.
If the weather improves at the weekend, the zoo and wildlife park will be open to visitors again.
