Cleaning out for 2025
Plogging action on 8 April, from 4 p.m. on the Schloßteichinsel
On Friday, 8 April, from 4 p.m., Chemnitz youth will start a plogging campaign on the Schloßteichinsel. This special rubbish collection campaign is one of the first results of the ideas workshop to which young people and young adults from the Netzwerk für Kultur und Jugendarbeit e.V. were invited last year.
Media representatives are cordially invited to attend.
The project is a cooperation between the City of Chemnitz Crime Prevention Council, the Network for Culture and Youth Work, the City of Chemnitz Youth Welfare Office, the waste disposal and city cleaning company ASR, the Chemnitz Citizens' Platforms, the City of Chemnitz Children and Youth Officers, the community coordinators and the neighbourhood managers.
