City Council appoints new committees
New justice of the peace in arbitration district II of the City of Chemnitz: Martina Ziegler was unanimously elected as justice of the peace for arbitration district II of the City of Chemnitz at yesterday's public meeting of the City Council (B-166/2013).
New expert resident on the city's school committee: Jason Jack Weißbach was newly appointed as an expert resident and advisory member of the school committee (B-190/2013) by a majority vote of the City Council yesterday. Anja Klotzbücher, who had previously been a member of the School Committee in an advisory capacity, was dismissed.
New member of the city's Cultural Advisory Board: Yesterday, a majority of the City Council elected Tobias Möller as an expert for socio-culture to the City of Chemnitz's Cultural Advisory Board by secret ballot (B-192/2013). Ulrike Richter, the previous expert for socioculture, was recalled from the Cultural Advisory Board.
New expert resident in the Culture and Sports Committee: Yesterday, the City Council unanimously and by open ballot appointed Elisabeth Markstein as an expert resident and advisory member of the Culture and Sports Committee (B-193/2013). Nicole Hilbig, who had previously been a member of the Culture and Sports Committee in an advisory capacity, was dismissed.
