Citizens' forum NUMIC mobility route in Chemnitz centre-east
On Wednesday, 14 October, from 7 to 8.30 p.m., the Mitte-Ost citizens' platform and the NUMIC project team are jointly inviting people to the next citizens' forum on the topic of "Mobility route Sportforum-Zeisigwald" in the parish hall of the Freie Evangelische Gemeinde Chemnitz, Kreherstraße 94, 09127 Chemnitz. The main topic will be the NUMIC research project and its mobility route.
The project team from the City of Chemnitz and Chemnitz University of Technology will present the NUMIC project. In addition to the ongoing measures and research, the ideas of citizens are particularly in demand. All interested parties are cordially invited to participate and join in the discussion.
The model route for pedestrian and cycle traffic chosen by citizens runs from the Sportforum through Bernsdorf, Gablenz and the Yorck area to the Zeisigwald clinics.
In this citizens' forum, wishes and comments along the route are to be recorded and discussed. This concerns design ideas to make the route more cycle and pedestrian friendly, but also the upgrading of places and squares.
