Citizens' consultation of the Mayor for Education, Social Affairs, Youth, Culture and Sport
Mayor for Education, Social Affairs, Youth, Culture and Sport, Ralph Burghart, is offering a citizens' consultation once a month on a Wednesday from April 2019. All matters that fall within the Mayor's remit, i.e. topics relating to education, social affairs, youth, culture and sport, can be discussed.
The consultation hours take place from 4 to 6 p.m. in the customer portal for social services on the ground floor of the Moritzhof Citizens' and Administration Centre, Bahnhofstraße 53. Citizens have around 15 minutes to present their concerns to Ralph Burghart in person. "I look forward to personal contact with the people of Chemnitz," says Ralph Burghart.
The corresponding registrations will take place on the same day from 3.30 to 5.30 pm, also in the customer portal. They will only be accepted in person during this period. Advance bookings are not possible. Citizens who are unable to make an appointment on this day due to possible high demand will be given an appointment as soon as possible.
