Citizen service centre on Sachsenallee closed until the beginning of October
During the night from Wednesday to Thursday, the citizen service centre on Sachsenallee was broken into. It was so badly vandalised that customer service is currently not possible. It is expected to remain closed until the beginning of October.
The amount of damage has not yet been determined. The police are investigating.
Customers of the Citizens' Service Centre are asked to switch to the Citizens' Service Centre Am Wall.
The current office hours of the citizen service centre Am Wall (Düsseldorfer Platz 1) are
Monday and Friday 8.30 a.m. to 12 noon
Tuesday and Thursday 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday 9 am to 1 pm.
Further information can be obtained by dialling 115. It is also possible to book an appointment to make an application at the Bürgerhaus am Wall.

Initially, it was assumed that the Citizens' Service Centre would remain closed until 20 September, but due to extensive repair work, the reopening is expected to be delayed until the beginning of October.
