Christmas peace
In the period from 21 December 2017 to 1 January 2018, reminders and enforcement of outstanding receivables will generally be waived. Exceptions are only made if the statute of limitations and thus the final default of the outstanding payment is imminent.
This year, the City Treasurer Sven Schulze has again arranged for measures that are considered inappropriate during this period to be omitted during the Christmas period and at the turn of the year.
This means that, as in previous years, the so-called "Christmas truce" is in place.
