Christmas concert of the municipal music school
Together with the Saxon Symphony Orchestra Chemnitz - in the Great Hall of the Chemnitz City Hall, on 8 December, 5 p.m.
On Saturday, 8 December 2018 at 5 pm, music lovers are invited to the Christmas concert of the Chemnitz Municipal Music School together with the Saxon Symphony Orchestra Chemnitz in the Great Hall of the Chemnitz City Hall.
Admission costs 15 euros, concessions 10 euros, and 3 euros for holders of the "Thank You Card". Tickets can be purchased via the Chemnitz City Hall ticket service or via the website of the Chemnitz Saxon Symphony Orchestra: www.sso-chemnitz.de.
It is a first for the Chemnitz Music School to organise the Christmas concert together with the Chemnitz Saxon Symphony Orchestra. The audience can expect a Christmas programme with excerpts from Humperdinck's opera "Hansel and Gretel", excerpts from Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker Suite", Christmas carols to sing along to and solo concerts with young harpists and a clarinettist.
