Christmas at Chemnitz Zoo and Oberrabenstein Wildlife Park
To shorten the wait for presents on 24 December and still be able to pay a visit to the zoo and wildlife park inhabitants, all children (up to the age of 16, access to the facilities only when accompanied by an adult) have free admission to the Oberrabenstein zoo and wildlife park on 24 December. There will also be a small treat (while stocks last).
On Christmas Day and Boxing Day, the zoo offers a public tour on the theme of "Animals in Winter". The tours start at 10 a.m. on 25 December and at 1 p.m. on 26 December and last approximately one hour. Participation is free of charge. Only the entrance fee has to be paid.
The meeting point is at the ticket office of the zoo. Another note: Both facilities are open on 24 and 31 December from 9 am to 2 pm, last admission to the zoo is 1 pm.
