Chemnitz railway arch: Preparatory work for the renewal of the Zschopauer Straße bridge begins

Media representatives are invited to a press conference on Thursday, 14 February at 11 a.m. in the town hall, room 118.
Bernd Gregorzyk, Head of the Civil Engineering Department of the City of Chemnitz, and Harald Dix, Project Manager of Deutsche Bahn, will explain the construction work and the associated traffic restrictions.
Sewer construction work will begin shortly on Zschopauer Straße. The work is being carried out on behalf of Deutsche Bahn AG in preparation for the construction of the new Zschopauer Straße bridge over the railway line. The bridge structure is the first component of the Chemnitzer Bahnbogen construction project of Deutsche Bahn AG.
