Chemnitz outdoor pool summer had 89,182 visitors
The 2017 outdoor pool season in Chemnitz ended yesterday. A total of 89,182 visitors were counted in the four pools. Due to the rather mixed summer weather, the response is around 4,518 visitors below the long-term average, which is around 93,700 paying bathers.
The provisional visitor figures for the pools in detail:
Berndorf outdoor pool 20,747 visitors
Einsiedel outdoor pool 11,632 visitors
Wittgensdorf outdoor pool 25,673 visitors
Gablenz outdoor pool 31,130 visitors
Total 89,182 visitors
The outdoor pool season was extended in all pools due to the late summer weather. The outdoor pools in Bernsdorf and Einsiedel were open until 3 September, the pools in Gablenz and Wittgensdorf until 10 September.
