Chemnitz open-air swimming pool summer attracted around 135,800 visitors
The 2018 outdoor pool season in Chemnitz ended yesterday. A total of around 135,800 visitors were counted in the four pools. Due to the very good summer weather, the visitor numbers of around 42,100 are above the long-term average, which is around 93,700 paying bathers.
The provisional visitor figures for the pools in detail:
Bernsdorf outdoor pool: 33,752 visitors
Einsiedel outdoor pool: 19,867 visitors
Wittgensdorf outdoor pool: 40,354 visitors
Gablenz outdoor pool: 41,854 visitors
Total: 135,827 visitors
