Chemnitz music student successful in competition
Congratulations to Chemnitz music student Claudia Roch: the 17-year-old took part very successfully in the 2nd competition for mandolin and guitar solo organised in Rudolstadt, Thuringia, where she won first prize on her instrument, the guitar.
Claudia Roch has been taking guitar lessons at the Chemnitz Municipal Music School with specialist teacher Karolina Schilling since 2010. The competition was part of the programme of the 6th Thuringian Autumn Course, organised by the Thuringian State Association of the Association of German Plucked String Musicians.
