Chemnitz inclusive 2030
Invitation to the campaign week from 9 September 2019
From 9 to 13 September 2019, an action week will focus on how participation can succeed. From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. each day at the creative café "All In", Rosenhof 14, there will be the opportunity to discuss the six areas of action of the participation plan in workshops.
Invited are people with and without disabilities, politicians, representatives of the city administration as well as stakeholders in the city's society who are committed to the participation of people with various disabilities. Admission is free in each case.
People with and without disabilities should be able to live self-determined lives in Chemnitz. The city is currently working with stakeholders and network partners to draw up the "Chemnitz - Inclusive 2030" participation plan. A growing exhibition documents the results of the discussions and can be viewed and commented on during the opening hours of the Kreativ Café, Rosenhof 14.
How can the participation of people with disabilities in Chemnitz be further improved? What approaches help to break down barriers? What measures have been developed so far? These questions will be discussed, evaluated, supplemented and commented on in workshops.
