Chemnitz Environmental Centre receives award from the German UNESCO Commission
Award ceremony: Official projects of the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development - UN-DEKADE Round Table 2012 - Date: Thursday, 15 November 2012 Dresden
The German UNESCO Commission will honour the project work of the Chemnitz Environmental Centre in the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development with an award for the "FairGabe" project. The award ceremony, at which all official German projects of the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development will be honoured, will take place for the first time in Saxony as a ROUND TABLE 2012. The event will take place on Thursday, 15 November 2012 in Dresden.
The award honours initiatives that implement the aims of this global United Nations education campaign in an exemplary manner and teach children and adults how to think and act sustainably.
