Chemnitz Christmas Market 2022

On Thursday, 3 November at 2 pm, representatives of the media are invited to a press briefing on this year's Chemnitz Christmas Market and Christmas carol singing at City Hall, Markt 1, Room 118.
This year's Chemnitz Christmas Market will take place from 25 November to 23 December.
Mayor Knut Kunze, speaker Robert Frenzel and Liane Barth, Head of the Department of Trade, Events and Markets, will explain the concept of this year's Chemnitz Christmas Market and will be available to answer questions.
On the 3rd Advent - Sunday, 11 December - the Chemnitz theatres will be staging the Christmas Singing for the first time. Stefanie Müller-Lietzau, orchestra director of the Robert Schumann Philharmonic Orchestra, and Stefan Bilz, director of the Chemnitz Theatre Opera Choir, will present the Christmas carol concert and will also be available to answer questions.
