Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Chemnitz Christmas Market traditionally opens its doors on the Friday before the 1st Advent and once again awaits visitors from near and far with its typical Erzgebirge flair: you are invited to stroll and wander around the large Christmas spruce.
Before the opening and the start of the pre-Christmas period, information about the Chemnitz Christmas Market 2013 will be provided as usual in a press conference:
Representatives of the media are hereby cordially invited for Wednesday, 13 November, 11 am. Please note that the press conference will take place in the Bürgerhaus Am Wall: The meeting point is on the 4th floor in consultation room 4.029.
The press conference will be chaired by Mayor Miko Runkel. Also available to answer your questions about the Chemnitz Christmas Market are Nikolaus Christ, Head of the Public Order Office and Liane Barth, Head of the Commercial and Market Department as well as Irina Neumann from the Market Department.
