1 July, 10.15 am to 3 pmSpiritual experiences with Ikebana

Get to know traditional flower arrangements that lend a very special magic to spiritual ceremonies. We start with the Shoka, historically the oldest arrangement in our course.
For the second arrangement we will try our hand at the Moribana. It is a landscape arrangement and is worked in a shallow bowl. We will conclude our acquaintance with the art of the Far East with a delicate arrangement for the tea ceremony - called Chabana.
3 July, 12 to 5 p.m. Shootings with models
Studio Lionesse, Bahnhofstraße 10, 09337 Hohenstein-Ernstthal
Photography made easy! This event will explain and demonstrate how you can achieve a relaxed and professional shoot with models. The event concludes with a shoot with a model in a rental studio or "on location". Prerequisite: camera technique should be mastered.
5 July, 6 to 7.30 p.m. "Live and enjoy now" - influences of Asian art

This lecture by Dr Marianne Risch-Stolz will take a comprehensive look at the lasting influences of Asian art on European painting. Artists such as Boucher, Manet, Monet, van Gogh, Whistler and Klimt were impressed by the seemingly new pictorial creations from Asian art and incorporated them into their oeuvre. These relationships are illustrated with many pictorial examples.
7 July, 6 to 8.15 p.m. Long hair makes you want to change
Salon Landrock, Jahnstraße 23, 09126 Chemnitz
Long hair offers many opportunities for change. You will learn tips and tricks for beautiful hair from us and we will teach our event visitors long hair styling and hairstyling techniques with which you can design creative hairstyles yourself. You can bring your own styling tools or purchase them at the seminar (cost: approx. 4 euros).
8/9 July, 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. "Contact at eye level" - compact communication training

Authentic, purposeful communication is "half the battle" in determining whether and how you can cope with the various demands of your everyday social life. This event focuses on theoretical input, for example on the effect of body language, as well as practical exercises on perception, rhetoric and the targeted training of communication strategies. With the help of the communication seminar, you will learn how to successfully master different communication situations.
