Chemnitz 25 years ago - looking for photos from private photo albums
3 October marks the 25th anniversary of German reunification. There is a wealth of material on this historical event in the city archives. However, the city of Chemnitz also wants to record private perspectives. We are looking for personal photographs from Chemnitz / Karl-Marx-Stadt from the years 1988 to 1990 that can be recreated today. It would be good if a person was photographed in the foreground who can also be photographed today.

The closing date for entries is 10 September 2015.
The photos will be used for an exhibition and are intended for publication in the city's media, such as the official gazette and the internet.
There will be further press releases on the planned activities and events surrounding the 25th anniversary of German reunification in mid-September.
