Changed traffic routing at Klaffenbach moated castle
On the occasion of a concert by the band "Lacrimosa" taking place on Saturday, 26 July, at Wasserschloß Klaffenbach, we would like to point out that access to the Wasserschloß is restricted - due to a complete closure in the Neukirchen municipal area (renewal of drinking water pipe).
Access to the Wasserschloß Klaffenbach car park is possible via Stollberger Straße or Südring - Wolgograder Allee - Markersdorfer Straße - Am Huthholz - Untere Bergstraße - Gutsweg. Access from the Neukirchen municipal area via Bahnhofstraße is also guaranteed.
Visitors from the city of Chemnitz coming by car from Klaffenbacher Straße or Würschnitztalstraße, Chemnitzer Straße and Klaffenbacher Hauptstraße should use the car park on Würschnitztalstraße. From this car park you can reach the moated castle Klaffenbach on foot (approx. 650 m).
The moated castle cannot be reached via Würschnitztalstraße.
Visitors to the concert are requested to observe the designated parking facilities, the stopping restrictions and the instructions of the stewards.
