Ceremonial farewell after 40 years in the service of the volunteer fire brigade

On Wednesday, 1 May at 10 a.m., Reinhard Klobe, head of the Siegmar volunteer fire brigade, will be given a formal retirement ceremony by Mayor Sven Schulze. He has been head of the Siegmar fire brigade for 40 years. This makes Reinhard Klobe the longest-serving fire brigade chief in Chemnitz. He is ending his active fire service after 53 years.
Representatives of the media are cordially invited to this farewell ceremony at the Siegmar Volunteer Fire Brigade's equipment centre at Kaufmannstraße 9.
