Call from the public health department: Doctors in private practice should report free vaccination appointments
The City of Chemnitz asks all doctors in private practice to contact the public health department if they still have vaccination appointments available.
An overview of these vaccination dates will then be published on the city's website at www.chemnitz.de/coronaschutzimpfung.
Head of pandemic management Michael Schirmer: "We want as many Chemnitz residents as possible to get vaccinated as soon as possible. Doctors in private practice play a central role in the state's vaccination strategy. If there are still appointments available, the city of Chemnitz can make this easily accessible to all citizens via its central information page."
The website also provides up-to-date information on other vaccination programmes offered by the German Red Cross, the City of Chemnitz and the mobile vaccination teams in Chemnitz.
