Botanical Garden extends opening hours
The city's Botanical Garden, Leipziger Straße, is now open again seven days a week from 10 am to 6 pm (last admission 5 pm).
The outdoor areas can still be visited by booking an appointment and taking the daily negative test. (However, the buildings, main building, greenhouse complex and vivarium, are closed and there are no public toilets).
To visit, it is necessary to book an appointment, if possible one day in advance, preferably by e-mail via botanischergarten(at)stadt-chemnitz.de or by telephone on 0371 488 6767.
