Botanical garden can still be visited
Open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
The Botanical Garden, Leipziger Straße, can also remain open in accordance with the nationwide Infection Protection Act, which has been in force since 24 April.
The outdoor facilities may still be visited with an appointment booking and a daily negative test. (However, the buildings are closed and there are no public toilets).
Opening hours:
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm, last admission 5 pm
Registration is preferably made by e-mail to botanischergarten(at)stadt-chemnitz.de or by telephone on 0371 488-6767 (Monday to Friday from 10 am to 12 noon) at the latest on the day before the visit.
Registration is currently not possible on the day of the visit or at weekends.
