Spring herbs are the delicate messengers and flavour of spring! When nature awakens and the sun gets warmer, they sprout from the ground and give our dishes a fresh flavour.
We'll see what tasty things we can prepare from them and learn about the herbs, how they can be confused, how to collect and process them and what good ingredients are in these green power packets.
