Book presentation "My Chemnitz in the heart of Europe"
City library: on 28 June, 6 pm, TIETZ, event hall, moderated by Conny Hartmann
On Wednesday 28 June at 6 pm, interested parties are invited to a reading by the 1st Chemnitz Authors' Association in the TIETZ event hall. The anthology of the same name "Mein Chemnitz im Herzen von Europa" (My Chemnitz in the Heart of Europe), which has just been published by Heimatland Sachsen, will be presented - moderated by Conny Hartmann.
Admission is free. Registration is possible under event booking
The authors, who have their roots in Chemnitz, will present their personal texts and illustrations relating to the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025. The social, literary and cultural connections between Chemnitz and other European cities as well as notable Chemnitz personalities will be highlighted.
A joint event organised by the 1st Chemnitz Authors' Association, the publishing house Heimatland Sachsen and Chemnitz City Library.
